We all know that working in a team is much more effective than working alone. However, in today’s world, the majority of the workforce is made up of individuals who work on their own. This means that most of the time, we work in a team in which we have little or no contact with the people we are supposed to be working with.
In order to improve the communication between team members, we have developed a new app, called RECOG. This app is a teamwork app that allows you to see each member’s activity. By sending a letter of gratitude, respect, and trust to colleagues at work, you can enjoy actions that enhance teamwork, such as acknowledging and praising each other.
